Apprenticeship Hub launched in Bradford

A centre-point for businesses in Bradford looking for support and advice on finding and hiring apprentices has been set-up by E3 Bradford, a Bradford Chamber and Bradford Council skills partnership, and was officially unveiled at a recent event.

The Apprenticeship Hub will act as an independent advice service, there to help companies through all stages of the apprentice recruitment-process.

As well as this, experts will be on hand to explain the various funding grants available to businesses in the area, and offer insights into which local training courses would fit their apprenticeship schemes the best.

Commenting on the launch, Russell McGrath, managing director of Bradford-based Tandem Marketing and chairman of the Bradford Apprenticeship Group, said: “The new hub will make a tremendous difference to businesses and make the process of taking on an apprentice that much easier.

I would urge businesses across the district to contact the hub and find out more about the wide benefits apprenticeships can bring.”
