Carematch, a web based recruitment site funded through Staffordshire County Council, will soon be hosting an Apprenticeship Awareness event aimed at social care and health managers.

The event, being held in Stafford on the 9th July, will focus on the following theme: “The use of apprenticeships to improve the social care workforce from new starters to management level”, and aims to provide industry professionals with a range of information on the benefits of employing apprentices.

Topics that will be discussed include the following:

  • The advanced 24+ learning loans- what does this mean for my apprentices?
  • Adapting your recruitment process for apprenticeships

A free apprenticeship resource pack will be available to all those who wish to attend.
