On Wednesday 24th September, Capita is holding its Apprenticeships and Traineeships Conference in London.
It comes one year after the publication of ‘The Future of Apprenticeships in England: Implementation Plan’.
With phases 1 and 2 of the trailblazers well underway and phase 3 due to start in September, delegates will gain a crucial insight into how the organisations are developing the new concise apprenticeship standards for their occupations.
Shining a spotlight on the successes and challenges of the trailblazers and colleges, conference sessions will include delivering rigorous assessment, designing and funding traineeships and ensuring that they provide a balance between work-based learning and functional skills.
