At its third national Top Employers for School & College Leaver awards ceremony, AllAboutSchoolLeavers.co.uk celebrated the firms which are setting an example for school leaver employment and training, as voted for by apprentices and trainees themselves.
Responses were taken from employee satisfaction surveys, which asked questions about job satisfaction, company culture, career progression and work-life balance.
Award winners came from a range of sectors, from IT to law. Some were big names, others growing SMEs. Winners included National Gird, Visa Europe, Nomura, Nestle and Tangerine PR.
