Apprenticeships are growing in popularity across a range of sectors as employers realise the business benefits. In fact, employers find apprentices 15% more employable that people with other qualifications.
The digital marketing sector can harness the talents of the younger generation by hiring apprentices. Well-versed in technological trends and social media, apprentices can bring a depth of knowledge and enthusiasm which could be difficult to find in other candidates.
Arch recently partnered with City and Guilds, to develop a brand new qualification in Digital Marketing to help 16-18 year olds enter the marketplace through apprenticeships. The City Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing is now live on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and Arch is looking to develop the next level for 19-24 year olds.
Therefore, Arch is moving forward with the Higher Apprenticeship and has launched a Consultation Survey on the Level 4 Diploma in Digital Marketing. It is calling upon digital marketing professionals to provide feedback to aid its development.
By completing the survey you will be helping to shape the apprenticeship programme into one that is wholly beneficial to the digital marketing sector. It will prepare apprentices with the skills they need to become the digital marketing leaders of the future.
The survey can be accessed here.
