New data has shown that apprentices are climbing the career ladder at an impressive rate, with 20% of employers revealing that former apprentices now command board positions in their companies.

Businesses in Worcester are reportedly embracing apprenticeship schemes, with the number of placements on offer in the county boasting 20% growth since 2011.

After a successful pilot apprenticeship scheme, DAC Beachcroft is recruiting two legal apprentices for its Real Estate team, increasing the total number of legal apprentices at the firm to seven.

Mentors will be able to offer the apprentice advice and information and will work closely with both employer and apprentice to solve any problems which might jeopardise the apprentice’s learning.
