Next week marks National Apprenticeship Week. From March 6 to 10, there will be a series of events, workshops and gatherings designed to celebrate the progress of those involved in on the job training.
There is a full list of activities here, and Skills Minister Robert Halfon launched the 10th anniversary 2017 event by saying “National Apprenticeship Week is about celebrating the best in apprenticeships and traineeships. The week highlights the vital role apprenticeships and traineeships play in giving people from all backgrounds a ladder of opportunity.”
The week will also be big on social media. Follow @Apprenticeships,@TraineeshipsGov and AppVacancies and @getingofar. Retweet @Apprenticeships tweets to your followers. Always use the hashtag #NAW2017 when talking about apprenticeships.
