New entrants seeking apprenticeship and trainee opportunities in the creative sectors need to take part in Find Your Future 2015.
Openings in film, TV, theatre and live events will be the focus of the day’s programme on Wednesday 12th August in London.
BECTU, the industry trade union, is working in partnership with Westminster Kingsway College and a host of key industry organisations to deliver this important showcase.
The employers’ market place will central to the day; the programme will also include presentations, panel discussions and seminars to highlight specific sectors and to deliver advice on key aspects of employment.
Lezli Everitt, project leader, explained: “Find Your Future is for new entrants who have not pursued further education and who are interested in finding out more about opportunities on offer in the creative industries. Together with the employers, we want to reach candidates who may think that the creative sectors are not for them. An event such as this is important for everyone who wants to see opportunities shared with the widest possible audience and talent pool.”
