KPMG provides alternative route to professional services industry

In a move to provide an alternative route to the professional services industry rather than university, KPMG has revealed plans for a new Level 3 apprenticeship scheme in Business and Administration for school leavers.

KPMG is working with the National Apprenticeship Service and BPP to deliver the programme which is due to launch on 7th October. Initially, seven apprentices will be employed in London, with plans to expand to big cities across the UK next year.

Simon Collins, KPMG UK chairman and senior partner, said: “This programme is a fantastic opportunity not only for the apprentices themselves, but also for KPMG as a firm to strengthen relationships with our communities. It will enable us, through the Business Support team, to further our efforts to engage with talented young people from a range of backgrounds who wish to start their careers at KPMG.”
