Hires apprentices
Leading social work specialists, Sanctuary Personnel, supports the apprenticeship scheme. Managing Director at James Rook, told the National Apprenticeship Service how hiring apprentices benefits the company.

Often this is the first time they have been exposed to an office environment, and far from being overwhelmed, we find that they take to their roles quickly and look to achieve results with much the same enthusiasm as many of the permanent members of staff who have been with us for many years.
