International work adventure specialist, CCUSA, has taken on its first ever apprentice, Mitchell Barber, who is studying for a digital marketing apprenticeship with Arch.

As part of his apprenticeship Mitchell will be spending nine weeks in America at camp Chipinaw in New York, managing the camp radio and overseeing the camp blog and vlog. He will be gaining a wide exposure to the business, working closely with his line manager, award winner film director, Ben Hyland. The camp usually only hires over people over the age of twenty one but Mitchell impressed the camp leaders and gained a place at just eighteen years old.

Ben Hyland, says: “Mitchell has fit into the company perfectly. He is a hard worker and wants to learn all elements of the business. He is also shown great initiative when developing new ideas to implement within our current procedures. “
